Natural Way was founded by Joha Ortiz, whose personal experience with anxiety coming from a family lineage of anxiety led her to seek a deeper understanding of how the nervous system and overall well being can be supported through natural approaches.

After experiencing anxiety herself, Joha chose to take an active role in her health by learning about nervous system regulation, lifestyle habits, and plant-based support. She became a certified Life Coach and, throughout her journey, worked with and learned from several doctors, who later collaborated with her in the formulation of her products. She also collaborated with a naturopathic doctor, gaining hands-on experience in the development of wellness formulas and a deeper understanding of ingredient quality, balance, and intentional formulation.

The Joha Ortiz by Natural Way product line was created to reflect this approach. The brand focuses on education through practical, everyday routines and on helping people naturally incorporate herbs into their daily lives in a simple, approachable way.
